We are excited to announce that Amphenol Corporation (NYSE: APH) has acquired the North American Cable and related Services Businesses from Radio Frequency Systems (RFS Technologies). The acquired North America business will operate as a stand-alone organization within Amphenol with the name “RFS Technologies, Inc.” RFS Technologies will continue to operate out of its Meriden, CT headquarters.
