KD-C70 Desiccant Dehydrator, 0.71 SCFM, 1200L/h, 0.2 to 7psi Field Adjustable Pressure

The KD-C70 series dehydrators provide a cost-effective solution to pressurize elliptical waveguides, coaxial cables, rigid transmission lines, and antenna systems reliably. By utilizing dry pressurized air in the distribution system, condensation is prevented, ensuring optimal system performance.

The KD-C70 series dehydrators operate automatically once powered on, supplying dry air and maintaining the output pressure within the specified range. They utilize high performance, cobalt-free allochroic silica gel as the desiccant to absorb moisture and dry the air safely and efficiently. The dehydrator is equipped with a desiccant display window for users to conveniently check the dryness of the output air and the condition of the desiccant. The desiccant can be easily taken out and filed back to the dehydrator after being regenerated by a quick heating process using a microwave oven or traditional oven.

• High flow rate and capacity to support large size telecom, medium size broadcasting and radar applications: 0.71SCFM or 20.L/min (+/-10% at 25°C)
• Pre-programed in the factory to minimize installation time on the site.
• High pressure, low pressure, and excess run come as standard configuration.
• 4 gas outlet ports with supplied tubing support up to 4 transmission lines, optional gas distribution manifold is available.
• Unique leakage detection function aids in inspecting the airtighness of the system.
• Support local or remote management using web browsers
• Provide audible and visible alarm signal, as well as alarm port for external monitor systems.
• 110VAC, 220VAC and 48VDC power models available.
