RFS Technologies, an Amphenol Company, Selected as Approved Supplier of Next-Generation Hybrid Cable Solutions by Tier 1 Wireless Carrier
Meriden, CT, April 17, 2024 - RFS Technologies, an Amphenol Company that designs and manufacturers premium-quality cable solutions for commercial and private wireless networks in North America, today announced that a Tier 1 Wireless Carrier has approved its next-generation HYBRIFLEX® hybrid fiber and power solutions for use in 5G and future network deployments.
The RFS Technologies design submission met and exceeded the Wireless Carrier’s requirements for a factory-integrated and fully tested hybrid cable solution. Prior to being selected, RFS Technologies worked closely with the Wireless Carrier to thoroughly understand the requirements, assist in finetuning solution details and quickly develop prototypes for verification.
