We have included most-commonly used waveguides, connectors, and accessories in the Quick Ship program, which makes sure the whole package is shipped in two weeks after the order date. So, you can start site installation right after receiving these products.

Q. Will the product price get increased, or will there be a service charge in this Quick Ship program?
A. No. Quick Ship program is a program designed to ship selected elliptical waveguides and accessories in 2 weeks after order date, without price increase. However, RFS Technologies reserves the right to make necessary price adjustments.
Q. Are there any other elliptical waveguide models available?
A. Yes. RFS Technologies also manufactures the EP78 waveguide, which covers 7.1 to 8.5GHz and provides related accessories.
Q. What if I need a longer length than the maximum length, or a greater amount of accessories covered by Quick Ship?
A. Contact your Account Manager or the Quote team at (quotes@rfstechnologies.com) to get a lead time offer. There may be more lengths or quantities in inventory, or partial delivery can be offered.
Q. What if accessories I need are not included in the Quick Ship program?
A. Contact your Account Manager or the Quote team at (quotes@rfstechnologies.com) for a solution. We have several other accessories available.
Q. I need connectors to be installed on the waveguide in the factory. Can I get this connectorized waveguide shipped in 2 weeks?
A. No. Additional time is needed to install the connectors on the waveguide and test the assembly. This process can take 2-3 weeks, depending on factory workload.
Q. What is a pre-tuned connector? Can I get pre-tuned connectors shipped in 2 weeks?
A. A pre-tuned connector is a tunable waveguide connector tuned and sealed in the factory according to the customer’s required frequency range. Pre-tuned connectors ensure optimal electrical performance and saves installation time. Pre-tuned connectors have different model numbers and are not included in Quick Ship program.
Q. Can I get a dehydrator shipped in 2 weeks as well?
A. Currently dehydrators have a lead time of 4 to 5 weeks and improvement efforts are being made.
